Energia SOI test will identify the student’s learning abilities. These tests are appropriate for ages four to adults.
An analysis is generated based on the student’s test scores. It profiles the following areas: Comprehension, Decision Making, Memory, Creativity and Problem-Solving.
Personalized training materials in form of paper-pencil and computer are available based on the student’s test results. Low abilities are targeted at the beginning of the program. Average to high abilities are further strengthened.
Energia SOI allows to do a post assessment at the end of the program to do a pre and post comparison of the abilities enhanced through the program.

Post the assessment, we get a comprehensive learning profile of each student. A detailed counselling session is held with parents explaining them the parameters of the analysis.
The SOI analysis is a report to provide the information on strengths and limitations. It gives you an insight to your capabilities and developing the cognitive areas for progressive growth. All the graphs are divided into four categories- cautionary, low average, high average and exceptional. We see intelligence as a developing and trainable ability. The report will conclude by giving an Individual Training Program (ITP) which will help in development of the abilities. Below are the sample reports for your reference.
Post the counselling, we start with an 80 hour intervention program which consists of customised workbooks and computer modules to help each student maximize their learning potential.
During the intervention, we will also be sharing program progression reports at a regular interval of 20 hours to help a parent understand how his/her child is progressing while he/she is part of the program.
The sessions can be conducted individually or in smaller groups. The program would ideally require 3-4 hours of intervention in a week. This way the whole intervention program with 80 hours of engagement will need 5-7 months of regular sessions with each child.
60% of the whole content will be on workbooks and the balance 40% of the content will be on computer modules. There are kids who read and write and learn things faster. On the other hand, there are other kids who see things audio visually and grasp them quicker. The program has both methods of learning
Every child learns at their own pace. There will be some abilities where the child will demonstrate drastic improvements and at the same time, some that may show marginal changes. The post assessment will help understand how well the child has improved in each of the abilities assessed. We provide a pre and post report comparison for an easy analysis.
The idea here is that under developed abilities can be enhanced and abilities which are missing can be acquired with practice. Many of these abilities once attained, stay for life. The improvement will not only be visible in the post assessment report but will also be witnessed in academics as well as in day to day life.
